This is the highest-ticket product on the site and it’s the highest-ticket on purpose: it’s the whole operational spine of a small AI-lending business, in one Notion workspace, duplicate-able with a click.
Pre-order at $399 (20% off). The Business OS launches in 30 days at its list price of $499. Pre-order today, pay $399, and the moment the workspace ships you get duplicate access. Pre-orders also get a bonus: a 45-minute async workspace-review video. You send me a link to your populated workspace, I record a Loom walking through what works, what to change, and what to prioritise — yours to re-watch anytime. That bonus isn’t part of the standard product and won’t be offered after launch.
What’s in the workspace
Twelve modules, organised as a running business rather than a static reference. The 90-day launch plan sits at the top; every SOP, KPI, policy, and template has a link from the plan telling you when to use it.
The 90-day launch plan
The skeleton of the first three months. Week 1: entity, banking, core tech. Week 2: underwriting SOP in dry-run mode. Week 3: first test disbursements to friendly borrowers. Week 4: first month review. Weeks 5–8: scale, fraud-ops integration, collections live. Weeks 9–12: cohort review, investor update, quarter-two plan. Every week has a milestone, an owner (even if the owner is “you”), and an exit criterion — when you pass the milestone, not when the week ends.
The SOPs
Six SOPs: underwriting, fraud screening, collections, disbursement, KYC, customer support. Each SOP is written in the standard format — trigger, inputs, steps, AI touchpoints, outputs, exceptions, measurement. The AI touchpoints reference the Starter Kit’s prompts directly; the SOPs and the prompts are one system.
The KPI dashboard
A working Google Sheets unit-economics model (CAC, LTV, default rate, recovery rate, cost-to-serve, contribution margin) paired with a Notion cohort tracker and an ops-health scorecard. Default values are populated with realistic defaults for digital unsecured personal loans — your first job is to replace them with your actual numbers.
The vendor and tech-stack opinions
Four tech-stack picks (loan management, underwriting-support, fraud, collections) with my opinion on each — the one I’d pick today, the one I’d avoid, and the one that’s cheap but will bite you. For Indian operations, vendor names are actual Indian vendors. For global, global. This is the module that most resembles a consulting engagement and it’s the one most customers tell me paid for the OS by itself.
The compliance calendar
India-first. RBI digital-lending guidelines, CIC reporting cadence, fair-practices code, grievance-redressal, audit cycle. US and EU annotations where the regulatory shape diverges. Calendar as a Notion database, so you can filter, assign, and not miss a quarterly filing.
The policy templates
Credit policy. Fraud policy. Collections policy. Fair practices. Grievance. Customer-data handling. Each one drafted from what I’ve seen work at real small lenders, regionally flagged. Not a substitute for legal review — but a starting draft that saves your lawyer 70% of their time.
Who this isn’t for
If you’re not starting or running a lending business, this is the wrong product. The Starter Kit is the right one. The Business OS is the whole company in a Notion; it’s only worth $499 if you’re going to run the company.
The honest caveat
This won’t make you a successful lender. Product-market fit, capital, regulatory clearance, and execution still sit on your shoulders. What it will do is collapse six months of “what am I forgetting to set up?” into a first week. That compression is what the $499 buys.
This is for you if…
- Founders actually starting an AI-augmented lending business in the next 6 months and who want a running start, not a blank Notion.
- Operators restructuring an existing small lender around AI-first workflows.
- Solo founders who can't yet justify hiring a head of ops but need ops to exist from day one.
Skip this if…
- You're not starting or running a lending business. This is the whole company OS, not a content pack.
- You need regulated-product-specific SOPs (microfinance cooperative, securitisation vehicle, etc.). The OS is for standard digital-lending use cases; specialised structures need custom work.
After buying this you can…
- Stand up a functional AI-lending business with ops, credit, fraud, collections, and compliance systems all in place — in weeks, not quarters.
- Give a co-founder or first hire a single source of truth for how the business runs.
- Hand an investor a 90-day plan + KPI model + compliance calendar that doesn't look home-baked.
- Skip the six months of 'what am I forgetting?' by standing on my 'what I forgot' list.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to already have a lending entity set up?
No, but you should know whether you'll be an NBFC / LSP / DSA / direct-lender / marketplace, because the SOPs differ slightly by model. The OS includes a selector guide — answer four questions and it points you at the right SOP variants.
How India-heavy is this?
The compliance calendar and some policy templates are India-first (RBI digital-lending guidelines, CIC reporting, FPC). The rest — operations, SOPs, tech stack, hiring, KPIs — is globally applicable. US and EU notes are included where regulatory divergence matters.
Does this include the prompts and scorecard?
Yes — the Starter Kit is embedded into the relevant OS modules. If you already bought the Starter Kit, email me and I'll credit the $149 toward this.
Is this everything I need to start a lending business?
No — you'll still need legal counsel, a regulatory licence (if applicable to your model), capital, and a product. This is the operational spine around those. It's the biggest head-start I can give you in a single artifact.
Who is this honestly for?
Founders and COOs of new or small lending operations. If you've done this before, you'll still find the tech-stack opinions and vendor takes useful; you'll skip the SOPs. If you're new, the 90-day plan alone justifies the price.
Refunds?
14-day, no questions. After that I can't refund — the workspace is copied and the templates are with you.
Why is this pre-order?
The workspace is about 60% built. The remaining 40% (compliance calendar, policy templates, investor data room module) is in active production. Rather than stretch the LendWithAI launch by a month to finish it, I'm opening pre-orders at a 20% discount and a bonus async workspace-review video. When it ships in ~30 days, list price becomes $499.
What's the bonus async workspace review?
After launch, once you've populated the workspace for your own business, send me a link. I'll record a 45-minute Loom walking through what works, what to change, and what to prioritise — tailored to your specific model, market, and stage. You can re-watch anytime. Worth easily the price of the product for anyone actually building. Pre-order only; not available after the product goes to list price.
